Born in Washington, Linda began to work in the insurance industry in 1999, and became licensed in 2001. Linda joined the AAG family in October 2008. Linda has held several titles including customer service representative and licensed personal lines agent. Linda also holds a notary license.
Linda loves to live in the Tri-cities because of the weather, and enjoys serving area because there is always an influx of new people moving to the area. Linda is the grandmother to 5 beautiful grandchildren.
When she is not providing piece of mind to her clients, she enjoys long walks with he dogs, dancing, and buying and restoring old antiques. She has a passion for traveling to the Caribbean, and has been there numerous times.
Linda has been recognized for her strengths in problem solving and providing outstanding customer service.
Yeny Brown
Personal / Commercial Lines Agent / Administrative Assistant
Yeny joined the AAG team in October 2008 as an Administrative Assistant and CSR. Yeny posesses a little over 15 years of Customer Service Experience, and the last 3 years of which have been in the insurance industry. Receiving her Insurance license in 2009 allowed her to gain an increased understanding of the Insurance industry, which she shares with her clients on a daily basis. Yeny's current role with the company is to assist in Personal Lines and Administrative duties, which she truly enjoys.
In her off time you'll find her riding through the Mountains on the back of her husband's Harley.
