Susie has been with AAG since its inception in 1995. Susie had been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Susie has worn many hats over that time including Territory Manager for the Palouse, Pullman, Colfax, and Rockford. Susie is commercial and personal lines certified.
After attending Endicott High School, she went to Eastern Washington University where she earned her degree in graphic design. Born in Walla Walla WA, she enjoys the close proximity to ranches and farms, and believes that the area is a great place to raise a family.
She lives with hubby Tom, and they are the proud parents of son Shane (19), and daughter Josie (11). Shane is attending the University of Idaho and is studying chemical engineering. After graduating high school, Shane represented the Future Farmers of America (FFA) as their state sentinel, and toured the state of Washington. Susie and Tom have a dog named Clancy. Susie enjoys spending time with the family, crafts, the outdoors, and finding great stuff at yard sales. She is a foodie, who loves most if not “all” types of food.
Sandi Glorfield
Customer Service Representative
From day 1, Sandi has truly been an asset to the AAG family! Sandi has been in the insurance since 2007. Sandi began her career with AAG as a Personal and Commercial Lines Assistant, is now a Customer Service Representative, and is fiercely working towards obtaining her agents license. Sandi is originally from Aberdeen, South Dakota.
When not at the office, Sandi enjoys her family, scrapbooking, reading, yard work, home decorating, and traveling. Sandi has made the voyage to Germany and Honduras.
Sandi is married to Robert and have 2 sons, and 3 grandchildren. They have 2 cats and Kaiser the dog.
