Leslie Hodel
Assistant Branch Manager / Personal Lines Agent
Leslie has been in the business of protecting and serving AAG’s clients since 2004. Leslie joined AAG as the "Director of First Impressions" for the Chehalis branch and after one year became a licensed personal lines agent.
Leslie, and husband Paul, are parents to one beautiful daughter. When Leslie is not building relationships with AAG clients, she can be found working on crafts, decorating, and adventures with the family. Leslie also enjoys shopping, and the small town feeling. Leslie was born in Seattle Washington, but now lives in Curtis, WA.
Side note: Challenge Leslie to remember your name. She claims to always remember a name or a face on the first try.
Lesa Givens
Territory Manager
Certified Insurance Counselor
Lesa has been in the insurance industry since 1991. She joined AAG when her office was acquired by AAG in 2005. Since Lesa joined AAG, she has successfully held many titles including Insurance Agent, Office Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and Territory Manager. Lesa is also a Certified Insurance Counselor.
Lesa enjoys being a member of the AAG team because of AAG’s exceptional clients, staff, and proximity to the Pacific Northwest. Lesa was born in Centralia, Washington and attended Clark College in Vancouver, WA.
Lesa and husband Rodney are the proud parents of daughter Kara, and son Jacob. When not managing AAG’s operations, Lesa enjoys attending her son's sporting events, traveling, and volunteering in the community.
Side note: Lesa manages "Backfire Band", and runs sound for their concerts.
Christine Moore
Personal Lines Agent
Christine joined the AAG family in 2001, and possesses over 10years of experience as a personal lines agent in Washington. Christine loves living in a small, tight-nit community because the people are friendly and she enjoys making her clients secure in knowing they have the right policy for them.
Originally from Missoula Montana, Christine moved to Washington to be closer to her grandmother when she was 18 years old. She lives with son Desmond, and daughter Ella Rose.
In her free time, she can be found on the dance floor or in the kitchen cooking. Christine enjoys spending time with her children, family, friends, dinner parties, watching movies, and surfing the web.
Jon Woods
Commercial Lines Agent
Jon has been a valued member of the AAG Team since 2010. He enjoys being a commercial lines producer because he gets to be out in the field seeing facilities, evaluating risks, and meeting people. A consummate problem solver, Jon enjoys the challenge of finding the ideal policy to fit his clients’ insurance needs.
Jon lives in Centralia, Washington with wife Rochelle, and Thumper the bunny.
Jon enjoys family outings, basketball, volleyball, playing the guitar, reading, working out, and traveling. Jon has been to China, walked along the great wall, and has traveled most of the west side of the country.
Jason Kunz

Jason has been an insurance agent for over 15 years. He has held the Certified Insurance Counselor designation since 2005. Jason served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of King County in 2006. Jason lives in Chehalis with his wife Seriny and sons Cameron and Holden. When Jason is not assisting people with their Business, Personal or Life Insurance needs, you can find him skiing, scuba diving, boating, hiking, fishing, camping or playing the guitar.
Diane Coutts
Commercial Lines Agent
Diane was born in Centralia, Washington. Diane brought 18 years of experience in the Insurance industry when she joined the AAG team in 2008. She is in the process of earning her CSR Mastery certification.
Diane lives with husband Dani and 2 dogs named Madilyn and Isabella and a cat named Charlie. Son Joshua is a sales manager at Michaels Toyota in Bellevue WA and other son Jeremiah resides in Centralia working for an ambulance manufacturing company.
Diane met Dani when in high school and they were great friends for many years. Diane moved away from the area for 5 years and moved back to Centralia in 1988. The destined couple met back up in 1988, and were married in 1989.
The family enjoys motorcycling, snowmobiling, boating, fishing, and anything outdoors. When she is not at the office, she can often be found on her 30 acre farm.
Side note: Diane’s motto, "Live every day to the fullest you never know what tomorrow might bring."

Customer Service Representative / Personal Lines Agent
Anna joined the AAG team in 2008 coming in with 8 years of insurance experience. When you call the office it's usually her voice you hear answering the phone. She loves living in Chehalis because the area is beautiful and the people are friendly and really care about their community. Anna lives with her family and dog Rudy.
