Mardellya began her career working for one of the most respected insurance carriers in the Mid-West and has worked in the insurance field for both companies and agencies across the US. She joined AAG in 2010 working in the former Rodger Lance office. Mardellya is licensed in all line of insurance and is a surety specialist. Her goal is to provide the very best in customer service, providing the right coverage for each client.
Mardellya is delighted to be a part of the AAG team because of the high ideals of the agency and for all of the support and help each team member contributes to ensure success for each team member and customer. She knows AAG has the best customers in the country!
She and husband Mel live in Battle Ground and are delighted to enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She has a passion for art, enjoys gardening, reading, walking and family. They have four children and love to travel

Karen has spent the past six years enjoying life on the beautiful Oregon coast. She discovered her passion for the insurance industry back in 2006, and has been a valuable member of the AAG Insurance family since 2010. With 14 years experience in the insurance and customer service industry she has set her professional goals at maximizing her talents and in doing so I has acquired a reputation for bringing smiles to a room and maintaining happy clients. She enjoys being active in the community, marketing and meeting new people from all walks of life. Her commitment and experience in public relations allow her to provide the best customer service to assist her client’s needs.
In Karen’s free time she enjoys travelling, seeing new places, trying new foods, experiencing new climates, and cultures. Karen loves keeping busy and being active outdoors throughout all seasons. Whether she’s rafting/hiking in the summer or playing in the snow in the winter, you can find her outdoors in the fresh air. She lives with her rescued black lab “Debo.”
